Adam, I’m so excited for the new pod! My partner and I religiously watch your videos and I can confidently say you’ve made each of us better cooks. Beyond just food stuff, we love your approach to science, culture, history, and everything in between. Can’t wait to see where this pod takes you! And now, a question: As an environmentally conscious cook (and human), I really appreciate your approach to sustainability. I was wondering what your take on lab grown meat is? Do you see it as a viable option for environmentally conscious meat-eaters in the coming years? Thanks!
