Excellent culinary science/history/casual chatting
I’ve been a fan of Adam’s youtube channel (simply called “Adam Ragusea”), and this is a very good podcast companion to the channel. Adam’s voice is soothing, he generally explains things well and simply, he treats the subject matter respectfully, and his topics rarely fail to fascinate me. Adam, keep up the good work! (Assuming you enjoy it and it doesn’t end up becoming a metaphorical ball and chain)

As with every YouTube video of his, each podcast episode dives deeper into food than just a recipe list and some cooking tips.
