More of the same but different
If you were brought here via his YouTube channel (like 99% of us I’m sure) then you’re in for a treat - the same humble, introspective yet fascinating individual. His first guests Middle Eats were fantastic, shining a light on a cuisine which is perhaps lesser known by some. The style of questioning soon moves from static to warm and the next 20 minutes flies by. It gets science heavy as Adam discovers the micro biological background of one of the guests. I have known Middle Eats for a while and always use their recipe for hummus! My question to you Adam is your dedication to referencing Brits and how you are so keen to observe our variances in our cooking terminology and sometimes ingredient availability. I can’t imagine a huge percentage of your viewership comes from our island so I wondered if the reason extends beyond courtesy? An interest in our culture in general or perhaps some close family links?
