Great format to complement the cooking stuff. Seems to be a mix of well crafted scripts, which sets his YouTube channel’s quality far above peers, and Bill Burr-style life questions and guest Q&A. I’m looking forward to more.

One episode in, and I’m ready for next weeks show. I’m iffy about the scriptedness outside of the interview, but I did enjoy Adam’s story telling abilities. I have an interesting question. FMK onion (including shallot), garlic, and salt?

I generally think that the pacing and interview format of the show was very genuine. It felt like a conversation, and not some formulaic or forced interview.
