Really enjoying hearing Adam in longform, on a platform which will allow him to share his thoughts on other topics and areas, looking forward to listening over the next few years hopefully. My question for you Adam is : If Star Trek style replicators became real, would you still cook ‘from scratch’ like Sisko? Or would you embrace the convenience and replicate all day long?
