Listen now
Description

In the episode: 1. New (even if it's a good thing) is still different and uncomfortable 2. Pausing as dangerous 3. Pausing in conflict Resources: Tara Brach podcast Connect with me: IG: @nd.narratives Twitter: @ndnarratives Site: Neurodivergent Narratives Support the show
