Uncertainty: When things feel overwhelming
Listen now
Description
This episode was recorded when the world is in a state of flux due to Covid-19. For many, this unprecedented situation triggered anxiety and fear; very normal considering the circumstances. But there was also hope. Hope for life to go back to normal. Hope for a vaccine. Hope to learn and change after this whole global health event. The affirmations in this episode are about trying to coach your in mind during moments of uncertainly into gently making its way back to the present, and hopefully finding gratitude there.
