In this episode, our guest is Revd Will Van Der Hart. Will is an author, coach and communicator. He is Associate Vicar at St Dionis Parsons Green, London and specialises in emotional wellbeing. Will has co-authored a book with Bear Grylls called Mind Fuel which provides practical insights to increase resilience, combat stress and live life with confidence.
