  In this episode, our guest is Lee Ball. Lee has worked for The Salvation Army for over 20 years and is currently the Director of Addictions and advises all expressions of Salvation Army mission, giving guidance on how to work with the causes and consequences of addictive behaviours. Before coming to work for The Salvation Army, Lee worked for 23 years as a residential social worker with young people with emotional and behavioural disorders, then with young people with autism and then people leaving care with addictions. Lee is also a qualified Play therapist. He lives in Cardiff, is married and has five children.
