I find Assad not just listenable but he is continually pushing the envelope of the debate with new and original thoughts. This podcast hits different.

I follow Assad on Twitter and while that is great this Podcast gives him an opportunity to explain deeper issues or bigger problems and he does it really well very clear without being boring and the length is about perfect, so Thank you very much and keep up the great work!

Mr. Razzouk has recently clarified for me, a long-time believer in cap-and-trade, why I’ve been increasingly questioning the voluntary carbon market. He takes the issues and gives high-level insight into everything from biodiversity to “mouthful” UN committees and world treaties to cutting edge...Read full review »

I’ve started on Ep 49 and I feel like I’ve lost so much time not having listened sooner. Thank your for the honesty, the facts and the simple effective way these messages are being shared.

Fantastic. Informative and a visionary for some time in the drive towards saving the planet. I am a fan of Assaad’s work. We all should be. Particularly if you care for animals or your grand children / future generations of the human race... Go listen. Learn. Then take action.

Assaad has been one of my favorite Twitter accounts to follow since I came across him a couple of years ago. On Twitter and here on his podcast, he shares up-to-date stories both of hope and climate urgency. Technological advances and big deployments in clean energy, bold climate action by...Read full review »

Assad has a gift of describing issues in detail and then rounding off with a high-level overview of what has been discussed. One of my favourite podcasts.

He has great interest in use of energy. He was electrical engineer in his career, he has enduring...Read full review »

Thank you for this well-explained climate talk. Good points about oil and airline companies, bottles and plastics. There are companies now that deliver and pick up old bottles filled with new product. That’s a step in the right direction but you’ve still got the delivery issue. Eating more...Read full review »

Assad’s mellifluous voice is a lovely change to all the shouty activists.

Too often clean energy and climate change are addressed in too formal and dry fashion. This podcast manages to be ‘serious’ and at the same time relaxed - major issues are presented and analysed properly but in an understandable way. I also like the breath of topics covered.

This new podcast tackles everything from climate change misconceptions and Big Oil’s latest scam to climate disasters. It’s brutally honest, insightful and engaging! I’m eagerly awaiting the next episode!

This a good and timely podcast. While balance and objectivity is often important in complex issues such as energy and climate, the urgency of many sustainability challenges and the vested interests which hold back effective positive action mean that sometimes a good rant is needed! Assaad tells...Read full review »
