Family Estrangement
I taught Sociology for 27 years and if the two women who spoke were to have presented and questioned the writer in oral form, I would have failed them both. The apparent author seemed to have only a very basic understanding of her topic. Both of these speakers used the word “like” so many times they made themselves seem about as bright as a dim lightbulb, especially the questioner. OMG, if these women are an example of who is being churned out of PhD studies, god help the discipline!!
