Weird but promising!
Though I’ve only listened to the first episode (at the moment it’s all that is available), I have a feeling this series will be extremely enjoyable. If the strange facts told to you by a strange stranger at a strange college party had the depth of a well researched biography it would be similar to The Anthropocene Review. There’s an underlying assumption that humanity is remarkable and, by listening to these stories and reviews, you find yourself agreeing with that premise. I look forward to listening to future episodes!

I expected to discover facts I never knew that I wanted to know about mundane things around me. What I didn’t expect is that the delivery would feel so poetic... poignant... After listening to this podcast, I feel a small sense of the wonder I used to feel as a child.
