Has helped me tremendously
I listen to 3 remodels that have recovered from health anxiety. Brad is one of them. 2023 was the year for me to get back on a plane after not being on one since covid started. I was very ill and hospitalized on Aug 2021 with covid pneumonia and was on oxygen for 4 months. I have taken all the tests possible to man and CT scans/ X-rays whatever you can think of and I still have lingering issues. This made my nervous system become very sensitized. I started listening to Brad and the other guy that I listen to and from their advised I started to surrender to my feelings and symptoms. There’s a specific podcast that Brad answered my question about fear or flying and getting sick while being far away from “home”. When Brad took his trip to Italy he inspired me to get a short flight. I took my first flight in July 2023 from San Diego to San Francisco. I was listening to his podcast where he says “if this is going to kill me let it kill me, if I’m going to throw up let it happen, if I faint let me faint, if I’m going to be sick let it happen” while listening to this on the plane is helped me tremendously and I took the flight and made it 💯 percent ok. Since that I have taken other short flights but my goal is to see Italy with my husband and see where he was raised. Brad thank you for keeping it real and not sugar coating anxiety. This Friday I will be taking a flight to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My anticipatory anxiety is there but guess what… I’ll be listening to Brad on the plane to help me understand that I need to face the dragon and continue living my life.

It is always refreshing to see people who actually suffered from anxiety and recovered. When you speak, you are speaking from personal experience against anxiety and not from a textbook. I find that useful. Because many textbook therapists don’t always have a lot of empathy towards their clients....Read full review »
