One of my favorite podcasts
Natalie has this beautiful way of shining light on nuances in long-term partnerships that aren’t widely spoken about on social media. There’s never any judgement and it always feels like such a safe space to navigate those complex feelings in relationships that ultimately make us human. Very grateful that Natalie (and the Anxious Love Coach pod) exists!

As someone who studies psychology, there is a lot of unscientific and uninformed information being mentioned, which relies oftentimes on non scientific arguments (e.g. “universe” “masculine energy” “feminine energy”).
