Interesting but could have been further explored
The concept of The Apology Line was before its time and some of the storyline’s held some interest. With his wife telling the story it gives a different perspective than maybe what an experienced investigative journalist could have done with the story which leaves me feeling like it was a little anticlimactic. Having said that, TAL came to be in the early 80’s and given the option of anonymity there may have been few leads to pursue hence this was the only way to tell the story.

I have been waiting for this to come out and wow, it does not disappoint. I’m hooked and will be eagerly waiting for new episodes each week. If you listen to other crime podcasts like My Favorite Murder or Dr. Death, you will enjoy this one.

Listened to the first two episodes on wondery plus. This story is so twisted even by Wondery standards.
