Finally health seekers nerd chat!
This is a great new addition to the regular pod listening of anyone interested in all aspects of health and well being. Lots of real chat with experts, lots of practical and affordable advice and an amazing array of subject matters. Quite often it can feel like you’re on your own with managing your health, I.e. in the UK our NHS is over stretched and not in a position to help with anything other than the big hitters. So it can become quite soul destroying following the NHS route, leaving the only option to suffer on in silence. So many people these days are therefore on their own self-curated journey to find answers and join the dots. This pod is the best I have found in tackling all the relatable challenges we face and it’s so refreshing even just to be part of a conversation. Thanks Will and team. My Insta is @jennyanorth

I am really enjoying these podcasts. I have followed Dr Will Cole for years and as a Conscious Living Activist, he really resonates with me. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. My favorite show so far is Elle. ❤️
