Thank you Leah!
These podcasts have been a life saver for me personally. In times of craziness and overwhelm, during very dark periods of depression and as we navigate the uncertainities currently confronting us, Leah's voice has allowed me to feel focussed, supported and healed. While each podcast is interesting or important in one way or the other, the podcast on "the art of having a bad day" is compulsory listening on those bad days! Every time I lsiten to it, I feel that I am able to shift in powerful ways out of the negativity and harnessing the "bad day" as an invitation to show up as my best self, to remember my purpose, to remember beliefs and intentions I held prior to the "bad day". I now take "consitent action" despite my "emotional temperature", I use "bad days" as an invitation to "practice greater than I feel". Thank you Leah, for your presence in our lifes and for helping us maintain balance despite all the confusion happening around us. And thanks also for not ignoring what is happening around us by helping us have the courage to engage with it.Read full review »

I love how Leah brings so much possibility into our lives through her sensible teaching methods; she guides us in disciplining our minds and exploring our feelings from a place of safety and self-acceptance to guide us to a state which makes art (and a well-crafted life) inevitable.
