No brainer listen
If you like fantasy baseball and listen to any other podcast- you have to give this a listen. It's not your normal pod and often goes deeper than most of us will ever draft, but it's good to get the names on the radar (see what I did there!?). The Athletic now houses all of these pods under one roof, rather than various names- which is easier for the listner. Under the Radar portion is my personal fav, but they all have great content with excellent personalities and their own style. DVR is my fav host in all of the baseball podcast world. My wife thinks it's a man crush, and hey, so what if it is. Nando has a unique take on players and has his entire pundit career and Ian is a perfect blend between the two, adding in a good dynasty touch. These guys are informative, entertaining, humorous and it really does feel like you're sitting with them, chilling. If you give a listen once, I betcha you'll be back again. While here- if you're not signing up to The Athletic and you're a sports or fantasy fan- you're doing yourself a disservice. For the price of 1 tank of gas you can get 1 full year of great sports journalism AND fantasy adivce AND fantasy draft tools. I used to pay $60-70'ish just for draft tools. Now I pay that for everything that comes with The Athletic, in the palm of your hands year round. End rant.... #MartyRead full review »
