“As someone who loves the NFL but did not grow up playing organized football, this podcast gives me a better understanding of how teams try to approach the game. They do a great job of talking about offensive & defensive schemes, formations and designs in an interesting and digestible way…while mixing in relevant stats to help illustrate what teams are good and bad at. Robert and Nate’s passion for the game comes through and is very enjoyable to listen to. Been a fan of Robert’s writing and podcasting since his Grantland days. Nate’s football background and experience and ability to geek out over so many different aspects of the NFL is great.”
