Huge fan! Confession: I am a college football fan first and foremost (Go Huskers) and a diehard Chiefs fan since the Grbac/Green/Cassel days of my youth…when we sucked so, Robert, it may get better? 🤷🏼♂️
My question. You two dudes have no idea how much I love your commentary, insight, and thoughtfulness. But please, please, can you explain your overly-apologetic tones towards Justin Herbert and Lamar Jackson? I am writing this right after my beloved Chiefs just made Lamar look like a 90’s Huskers option QB. Why can neither of you admit that Lamar is not a pocket passer and Justin Herbert doesn’t have that “winner” gene? The Herbert love is truly insanely maddening. At least Lamar has one (actually deserved) MVP before anyone with eyes knows Patty should be the guy every year.
