The Best Exercises For Building Muscle
I was so excited for this episode. Would you consider perhaps re-recording it. I found all the constant interruptions really distracting when key points and data were being read out. I have EBV so I fatigue easily and wanted to focus on the researched information. It was quite convoluted and all the pop quizzing and guess answers was painful to listen to.
