I started off enjoying this as there is a lot of really good information but the sloppy presentation is a turn-off. Hosts constantly interrupting so you don’t hear the end of something interesting, too much extraneous noise with chairs banging, microphones being knocked over etc. A shame that...Read full review »

Hello from New Hampshire in the U.S. — I have been a long time listener, I think from 2017 or 2018… anyway, I figured it’s time to rate & review as you guys certainly deserve it! You are my go-to fave pod and I am constantly talking about what I learn from you / recommend your pod to friends...Read full review »

By far the best health and nutrition podcast I’ve ever listened to. Not only are they all amazing practitioners, they have all gone through their own health journey which helps them relate to the effects of illness and where allopathic medicine falls short. I would highly recommend this podcast...Read full review »

Hi Steve and Jeff, Absolutely love your podcast and you have really sparked my interest in fuelling an all-rounded healthy lifestyle (not just food alone). I’d love to hear your thoughts on hormonal birth control and the dangers of using them for extended periods of time. Along with the most...Read full review »

I was so excited for this episode. Would you consider perhaps re-recording it. I found all the constant interruptions really distracting when key points and data were being read out. I have EBV so I fatigue easily and wanted to focus on the researched information. It was quite convoluted and all...Read full review »

My favourite podcast ever. So insightful and I love that I learn something each time I listen to an Ep. Also ATP Science products are the best around. Long time buyer and will continue to buy them forever!

Content is great, but so difficult to sit through with Jeff constantly interrupting and not allowing Steve to finish what he starts.

Longtime listener and lurker. Find these episodes extremely informative! And often funny. Where is Matt though I must’ve missed an announcement or something?
Storm830 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 06/04/22
It could potentially be a good podcast if Jeff stopped interrupting Steve every minute and sidetracking the conversation over and over. Old schoolboy innuendo is getting very tiring.

I enjoy this podcast and find it really informative, but I’m really disappointed by the offensive references. E.g. using the “R” word really shocked and saddened me in the macros episode. Jokes about wives and sexist attitudes are also sprinkled through episodes

Really enjoy listening, as I am studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and find it so helpful to learn in other ways than just reading and listening to lecturers. Great information but 90% of the talk is done by the guys - they over talk Elizma and when she speaks she has such good information - it’s annoying.
Judyloo via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 03/27/21
The speakers need to allow each other to finish the point they’re making. Too much interruption. Useful information but difficult to absorb due to this.
