My favourite!
ATP Science Podcasts are always my absolute favourite! I learn something new every time. They have also taught me a lot about my body with my PCOS and insulin resistance and how the body reacts, what’s normal, and what the hell some things the body does even mean! Definitely worth a listen to their podcasts! They cover a range of different topics.
