Episode 133: Parents as researchers
Listen now
Description
In this episode, I share about how parents can be the researchers with Aware Parenting. I invite a process where you first listen in to whether something resonates with you, and if it does, then to experiment and to observe your baby or child. I share about all the things you can observe to see if what you are doing is helpful for them or not. And if something is happening that is different, then there's an invitation to pause, to find out new information about what might be going on, to listen in again to yourself about whether this resonates and to see if you want to continue experimenting and observing. If you want to sign up for my newsletter, you can do that at: http://eepurl.com/8ifhn or you can find out how to on my website at: www.marionrose.net
