Episode 47: Aggression
Listen now
Description
In this episode, we explain why aggression happens, and how we can respond to that root cause in ways that are both effective and empathic. We differentiate between expression, regression and aggression, and we talk about how we can support our children to move from aggression to healthy expression. We discuss how important it is for us to do our own inner work so that we have the capacity to be with our child’s feelings of powerlessness, frustration and outrage. We describe Loving Limits in detail and explain why the language we use in Loving Limits is so important. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed recording it for you!
