Episode 61: Trusting our children and ourselves
Listen now
Description
In this episode, we talked about cultural conditioning which has often led to parents not trusting their children, and how we can free ourselves up from that to redevelop our capacity for trust. We discussed trusting our children around: Their needs; Their food choices; Their capacity to heal from stress and trauma; Their knowing how to feel relaxed before sleep; Their intuition; Their individuation and Their learning. We also included experiences of how we’ve learnt to trust our children and ourselves. We hope you love it! We trust you!
