I love this podcast but just had to leave a review after listening to the “Life is a cheese grater” episode from 6 April. There is no where else on the planet that you would find a podcast that has highly intelligent and informed discussions about women in sport, teaches you where lentils come...Read full review »

You won’t find a funnier pair than Bailey and Harding. Their weekly dose of running / life has me cracking up every week whilst on my way around the trails. There’s loads of useful stuff on kit, nutrition, fitness, great for beginners to more experienced runners who need a laugh. No one takes...Read full review »

Love this podcast. Stumbled across it after reading Allie’s book. It’s now my go to whilst out delivering groceries all day! I am a road runner/endurance triathlete. These two have got me very tempted to head for the hills. Funny, informative and some decent tune suggestions too!!

Follow lots of trail runners and road runners podcasts, some entertain, most annoy. Ali and Anna being pragmatic and hilarious anecdotes, tails and toils, energy and lacklustre in equal measures. Fabulous, simply fabulous. Well done you two.

I was growing increasingly disillusioned with running media. It seemed to be full of narcissists using it as a medium for fame. They don’t talk about the joy, the hilarity, the disgustingness. They only talk about the toxic toughness, the contrived ‘challenges’ they’re undertaking because they’re...Read full review »

This is a fab podcast, great bants, grim tales and recommendations for chooons. Best listened to on a long trail run somewhere isolated, unless you don’t care about other people watching bemused as you stagger along, literally laughing out loud.

I can’t get enough because these lasses speak the language, they leave nothing untouched. We runners need the doors opened and these two are certainly doing this for us - thank you beautiful people 😘

A podcast for when you’re running by yourself and you need trail friends to talk trail trash whilst getting it done, a wide range of topics covered all relatable to the normal ultra runner, 👍

Highly recommend this podcast - a refreshing take of talking about running with laugh out loud moments and relatable stories.

These two women talk about the holistic truths of ultra running with hilarious down to earth insights.. topics that would not normally get a mention and the ability to make you laugh out loud on a public bus whilst wearing air pods and forgetting that everyone can hear you, so someone told me.
