“I actually came across Balanced Life on FB, in March, the 5 day challenge. I did it and even bought a yoga mat while we were on vacation. Did the whole 5 days, although missed one. But felt it needed repeating. After doing this decided to join the Sisterhood. From the 5 day challenge I decided I need more help so did the Pilates for beginners, then the 10 day challenge and finally got brave enough to do the workout for the month and never missed a day, now doing June calendar, but I am going to throw in the 5 day challenge with it, to see if I have improved. But I live it and do feel better. Grace without Guilt is the perfect motto and I have learned that perfection is ok, but never giving up is better.”
