This is the sound of a man returned from the conference circuit of TED, SXSW and F.ounders. In this confessional, I recap some of the happenings at SXSW and talk a bit about the controversy surrounding The Onion's Oscar night tweeting. Also I'm on my way to brunch, so this cuts off abruptly.

Thursday May 4, 2017 I participated in a storytelling event at HousingWorks Bookstore in Manhattan. The title was "Teach Me You Did" and was a celebration of Star Wars Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the resistance. I shared the story of a family friend, James West, who taught me much.
