“This is a conversational podcast, so don't expect any real structure or in-depth analysis (also, prepare for a LOT of tangents not related to the movie). The level of actual critique is really dependent on the guest they have, but it is typically more of a surface level discussion. Being a woman of a similar age as the hosts, I especially enjoy listening to the episodes about movies I/we watched as young teens (Clueless, Mean Girls, Bring It On, etc), and the difference in viewing these movies as adults.

“This is a much needed show and I mostly enjoy it. A podcast about the portrayal of women in movies is a must-listen for everyone. However, the high school banter and excessive giggling makes it nearly insufferable. I wish the hosts were a little less silly.”
