Great Insight, Needs Editing and Better Host
A fascinating story about the Big Dig. But too much irrelevant detail and some editing to shorten it could be worthwhile. And the host has a perfect voice for speaking to the deaf. Very annoying, lib NPR uptalk and a little lisp to make it worse.
