Much more interesting in retrospect
I grew up and lived in Boston during the Big Dig. I had no idea how complex and layered all these stories were. I get a kick out of local references (would any story about East Boston be legit without a mention of San Tarpios?), but even if that wasn’t the case, they do such a great job of making federal funding, infrastructure, and grassroots organizing such a human story, I’d be hooked. Solid listening!

Such a great, captivating and emotional podcast about modern public works. I never write reviews but this podcast honestly deserves this praise. A must listen!

I loved this podcast. So easy to listen to. No annoying non-stop commercials with clear and concise information presented in an enjoyable way. I listened all the way through. Then turned around and listened again. It’s a keeper!

I never knew infrastructure could be so riveting (pun not even intended!). I went to college during the height of Big Dig discourse and learning the backstory was just incredible. Beautifully researched and pretended and produced. I can’t recommend this podcast enough
