Fascinating, beautifully told, so compelling!
Talk about a dose of perspective! It was especially fascinating and poignant because I lived through the years and years of teeth gnashing about this project and spent a few of those years in the Boston area. Even though the takeaway is bittersweet, at best, I appreciated hearing the whole story, from the layout and engineering to the political machinations to the narratives and reflections of some of the principal actors. I would even say it was therapeutic to have this sprawling story pulled out of the bitter and reductive swamp of controversy. Five stars is not enough!
