“I've been following the biohacker's guide for quite a while now, and the passion & authenticity Anthony puts into the content is what makes it so unique and why it resonates with me so much. I had tried a variety of weightloss programs before, weightwatchers etc, did Insanity, bodysculpt, downloaded all kinds of health apps but it all felt really "forced" and so extreme, and though I may have achieved a few short-term goals, I was never able to sustain a healthy lifestyle and was dreading the entire idea pretty soon.
What I love about biohacks, it provides tips and tricks one can easily incorporate into one's every day life to up the energy & overall health and actually sustain it. I even got inspired to meditate, my energy levels are higher than ever before, I am less stressed and I just feel good about myself which I could see translated into my productivity at work.
