“I used Anthony's method to weight loss. I lost 14lbs in two weeks. I work out hard 3 days a week, stick to Anthony's diet during the week and have my cheat weekends. For better results I should have watched my diet for 6 days but I love to cook and eat good food. I do not drink, so good food is my vice.
