Closeness > Closure
It never felt like the blogs (or The Blog Era) ever got their deserved send off. No eulogy for the sites lost, no statements for next moves, no FAQs for where to find some semblance of the content source and community that had become a cornerstone of our daily lives…nothing. I don’t know what I was expecting upon pressing play but I’ve gotten everything I was looking for and more. The stories, the storytelling, THE STORYTELLERS. This series was a celebration and highlight of The Blog Era and the people in it, of it, and around it more than it was a mourning for the sites and community lost. Truly remarkable work and a fitting honor for transformative times. Thank you.

Jeff and Eric, It was an honor and a pleasure getting insight to the work that went on to bring this project to life. The quality of the product is a testament to the love that went in it. Excited for future episodes.

What’s missing across so many platforms is research and context. This pod has the gift of both. The Blog Era was an era indeed and it’s great to have it thoughtfully retold. Salute to hard work and 10,000 hours. The episodic series on Hulu is next?
