“Guys, I have an announcement to make. My top game of all time has changed, and I need to set the record straight.
It's Arkham Horror The Living Card Game. Conor, you were right. I have seen the dark and succumbed to the madness. You come for the campaign story, which floors all other story games, but you stay for the deck construction, deep strategy, and awesome community.
And because I'm feeling wild, I'm going to swear an oath on the spot right now. I Dan Harris swear, and this is a two fold oath, to first play a game of arkham horror using a deck from our beloved patreon member and arkham guru, subzerojo, no matter how janky or chaotic the deck will be.
The Second part of my oath will be hosting a game of arkham horror at a game day. There are great introduction level scenarios to bring more people into the game.
At the risk of potentially followup, upon failing any other non related oaths, I will double down with this: there's also epic multiplayer scenarios, where several groups of 4 can work together to a single cause. I will host such an epic game on a game day.
