“I was never really a podcast listener until I started to disconnect with music when I was out running and somebody said to me try a podcast ... so I did exactly that and having seen the Bodcast advertised on Chloe's IG page I thought Iβd give it a try ... wow what a game changer!! Not only has it really helped me understand some crucial detail behind nutrition and fitness but in such a straight forward way but itβs helped my running no end ... I donβt even think about the running as Iβm so concentrated on what Iβm listening too!
