Amber Rich I’ve been lifting for 9 years, 3 years of powerlifting but the past year I’ve taken a break from powerlifting and have been doing my own training. 4-5 days a week of lifting, boxing 1-2 days, and running 1 day. I’ve noticed that my left arm/left side of my upper body seems to be more defined. Specifically, my left shoulder is bigger and rounder. Would there be a reason for that? And how can I get my right arm/shoulder to catch up?? Lisa When doing a refeed or diet break, are you going back up to maintenance calories or under since you might have a new maintenance? Or would you suggest a calorie range such as adding in 200 calories on refeed days? Emily Shupe What is the harm or side effects from eating a higher fat diet?
