With WPP and Interbrand clearly pushing their pro-advertising/marketing positions, but there wasn't much balance.
In small and medium companies I work with, the challenge is getting this treated as an investment rather than a cost. Too often either the ego, and 'brand advertising" dominates - or nothing is done at all. I didn't hear this angle explored much, but a good listen nonetheless.”Read full review »
