More specifics please
I liked the podcast a lot. Makes you think a lot about how you can improve your workplace interactions for the better. Lots of wonderful advice but I wish she would use more specific examples rather than talk in generalities. I know maybe there are privacy issues but specific example could better illustrate her talking points. What does she mean by someone who is “negative” or “always complaining” etc. I found myself wanting more substance rather than fluffy repetitions like “unsubscribing” from the negativity, etc. Still worth the listen.
