Got massively in to it but didn’t like the ending. 😂

Give it a listen, it does not disappoint.

Absurdist-end-of-the-world-comedy at its best. It helps to listen to a few to get this gist. I love when her guests have clearly been following a thread in the show and then keep it going.

It took me a and episode or two to really get into this podcast. The post-apocalyptic conceit was a bit confusing, but I’m such a big fan of The Bugle and there were enough hilarious moments to keep me listening. Now I’m addicted! Clever satire of our contemporary world, set in a bizarre future!...Read full review »

Forget all that downbeat Trump and pandemic news ... Alice and her fabulous co-hosts have kept us all sane with news of the discovery of the under-London Picts, Hadrian’s Wall 2.0, the Octopus people of New New Zealand, wear-dragon pregnancies, the prison colony on Mars, Bob the sentient trash...Read full review »

Without this podcast I was often overwhelmed by the amount of water in my glass. My life has been changed forever by the introduction of half a glass of water - thank you!

It has come to my attention that this podcast regularly offers public advertisements that encourage the destruction of what could only be considered the least nutritious of acceptable human consumptuates. While I am delighted by destruction, I am saddened by the inevitably higher blood sugar...Read full review »

In this podcast, Alice Fraser works hard to bring you all the latest news. The twist? The news is instead from another dimension. This leads to a wildly inventive and incredibly funny narrative that is a satire of and yet starkly different to our current reality. Due to a trans-dimentional email...Read full review »

Alice Fraiser brings her erudite vocabulary and closeted thirstiness with a slew of fellow, international comedians. It’s fast, ridiculous and as filling as “half a glass of water.”

10 to 15 minutes of fantastic Bugle-istic comedy every day. With great guests, great producers (good luck to them) and the unbelievable Alice Faser. Don‘t miss this!

Fantastic show, featuring sparkling wit and daily reminders to drink half a glass of water—makes the real world more bearable.

Started listening at the start and have not missed an episode. Alice Fraser is extremely funny and all of her revolving guests hit the mark. Alice’s advertisements are priceless.

Making an alternate reality to boot strap a podcast and make the satirical news better is wonderful. It’s always short and sweet and good one at a time or in packs of 10 or so.

As essential to life as my morning coffee at the moment. Alice, you and the team ROCK! There, I feel better for getting that off my chest. Goodbye.

A+ podcast. This and sister podcast The Bugle are the two I never miss. Alice and co provide a dose of hilarity every day. It’s a blast hearing them enjoy one another. Highly recommend. 💕💕

from the real world right now. So funny and brilliantly clever, so ridiculous and out there. It’s hard to describe but somehow a wild parody of tv news, romance novels, big tech CEOs, advertising, and the current misery of politics all at once.

I listen when I wake up as a part of my morning podcast roundup and I love it. Really makes my day. Hilarious. Love the guests and Alice.

Looking for a podcast that covers current events through the prism of an alternate reality? Curl up with your favorite blanket and half a glass of water to lubricate your throat hole for the waves of laughter that will inevitably follow.

Love the show - grumpy start to Sunday as episode 187 does not seem to be there ? Great way to start the day along with half a glass of orange juice.

The Last Post is up a navel that is inside another navel. All of the jokes reference earlier jokes, such that you have to have listened from the beginning to understand it.

I love this show. Whip-smart and ridiculous at the same time! My glass always feels half full when I listen to Alice and guests.
Nate_R via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 06/26/20
The quickest, most ridiculous way to turn my mood around every day. Alice is deliciously funny and the guests are all such experts in their fields. I nearly choked from laughing listening to the romance novel synopsis, but a half a glass of water cleared that right up.

I really love the carefully crafted jokes and incredibly well scripted comedy. To do so on a daily basis is an incredible achievement. And the podcast keeps improving through running jokes and recurring segments. It is half podcast and half performance art!
