Your steps for dining out should be taken seriously. l have learned after being diagnosed with Diabetes 1.5 or hormonal diabetes has changed me dramatically. My weight in 2015 was 215 and now is 157lbs..I still eat my favourite foods and can go with family, friends and spouse and enjoy the food
