“I have been struggling with anxiety all my life. I have done all I could do to relieve it. Everything from reading tons of books, listening to podcasts, viewing relevant TedTalks online, Psychoanalysis, CBT, Creative Visualization, Affirmations & Mindfulness just to name a few. … and of course a list of less enlightened ways of dealing with it that I won’t list here. :) After over 35 years of conscious self exploration I feel like I have thousands of weapons against anxiety in my toolbox but no idea of how to use them without making the problem in the long run worse.
