The Calm Living Blueprint is a wonderful creation. With lived experience of BPD, I can say that Candice has helped me through moments when both my internal and external world have been more than what I had the capacity to bear. I feel the CLB and ACT perfectly complement the therapy I do (DBT), and help me with my Zen Buddhism daily practice. Thank you Candice - for everything. Don’t really pay attention to what she says but the amount of tingles I get listening to her voice is enormous! Always good when I’m about to go to sleep!
