“I have only just really discovered The Calmer You podcast but have fallen in love. I have started right from the beginning and having scrolled through all the episodes, there seems to be a podcast to cover almost every topic on calm and wellbeing! Chloe has such a laidback, calming attitude and it feels like listening to a friend (or a group of friends if there is a guest speaker!) I like that there are a mixture of shorter and longer episodes so you can choose according to the length of time you have available. I especially love the episode with Nicky Clinch on healing trauma, and the one on eating disorders with Helen Burke-Smith. Brilliant. Highly recommend.”
