A lot of really quality guests and topic’s discussed. However the ongoing hours and hours of banter is too much for me to consume. I am interested in the IT talk, not the lengthy chit chat.

Idk what happened to this show it used to be consistent episodes, they used to be relevant, on point, to tech stack deep dives, new technologies, etc. Now it’s a random schedule with the relevant stuff dwindled down into an 8 min news update and some boring interviews like once a month… Update:...Read full review »

This podcast is a one stop shop for very relevant updates in the tech ecosystem. It lives up to it’s name by being a changelog on the industry itself. Great show!

I really hate the long jarring randomly audio interjections in the monday changelog news episodes. They are barely related to the content, feel very strained, and consistently make me turn off this podcast.

This is a show for developers. It’s deep and interesting. If you like podcasts and you’re a developer I think this is the last podcast you should unsubscribe from ❤️
TheisEgeberg via Apple Podcasts · Denmark · 09/18/22
Episodes range from super interesting to sometimes real waste of time. Noisily amps up music during ad breaks and really let it rip during the outro. Have improved a bit to obnoxiously loud which is better than the earsplitting noise of a few episodes ago.

The Changelog team does a great job presenting a broad set of topics for developers and software engineers. Episodes are full of actionable insights that you can apply immediately!

I am a listener for many years now, and The Changelog is one of the best podcasts for a developer, period. Being a software developer (deeply caring about community), whenever I didn’t listen to postcasts for more than a couple of days, “The Changelog” is the first podcast to check in order to get into things again.

The Changelog is so very dear to my heart largely due to its variety. While at times in the past it felt a bit Ruby heavy, it's had its share of guests representing a variety of projects.
