This is the most Spaceballs, Firefly, Lost in Space mix up and mash up that there is. It is a great mix of screwed up characters in an ever evolving space setting. Whether fighting pirates or spacing babies, Flossy, the crew of the irritated badger will keep you laughing.

At its best, its like reading a comic strip: a little laugh one story and the next story has no relation to the previous one. At its worst, it is very boring when the players decide the outcome on a miss, which so fare has either been small, fluffy, non-threatening creatures to accidently...Read full review »

This is one of the greatest podcasts that i've ever listened to. The cast is made up of funny yet serious (not) people who im surprised haven't either killed eachother yet, or by some strange outside force. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for something to listen to. Just...Read full review »

I adore this podcast and soon you will too. Join the crew of the Irritated Badger as they bumble through the cosmos, just trying to survive. This group is absolutely hilarious and heartwarming all in one. While they are an actual play podcast, playing through a homebrewed adventure, there is so...Read full review »

This is my current favorite podcast. The cast has great comedic chemistry. This is an actual play RPG podcast, but the systems used (Uncharted Worlds and WOIN) allow for improvisation and humorous situations. The story revolves around the crew of a spaceship called the Irritated Badger, and...Read full review »

When I first started listening to CG, I wanted an example of Uncharted Worlds real play. The first season delivers on that in spades. It's great. Little did I know that as I was starting to listen that they were developing Season 2. In S2, they switch off UW to another system without much (or...Read full review »

There’s RPG pods and then there’s Chaotic Goodness. I just started listening and I’m a fan. Great chemistry and hilarious banter. The production quality is really nice. I love the sound bytes and backing music. The robot intro narrative is also fabulous. How fun!

I really love the way this group of players works with the GM to tell a story. Everyone contributes to make sure things go a little more wrong when ever they need a complication, and the results are always fun and funny. I love listening to a PbtA game and can’t wait for more!

Best thing to be said about podcasts vs the radio is that you get the vicarious pleasure of listening to people hang out and have a good time while you do the dishes or drive to work. While some actual play podcasts feel more like a role playing audio drama, Chaotic Goodness really feels like...Read full review »

This is unlike many podcasts I've heard in the actual-play genre. I love immersing myself in the sci-fi of this, the system is enjoyable, and I REALLY love the added vocal effects so that communications are more like a radio play at times than an actual-play. Absolutely enjoyable and worth a...Read full review »

I love listening to Chaotic Goodness! The sapce setting with all the jumpoint possibilities makes each session and intriguing. You can also tell that the players and GM are enjoying themselves a lot. They have some brilliant roleplay moments too, whenever the ship is travelling for a long time.

No I’m not describing steak. I’m talking about the overall quality of the podcast. I love the space setting. And the character growth and interaction is always audibly pleasing. I’m often on the edge of my seat only to have to wait for the next episode. I eagerly await season 2.

Great players in a great setting! This sci-fi podcast is a great adventure using the Uncharted Worlds system, which the players and GM obviously have a lot of familiarity with to make the game and recording run smoothly. I love the cooperative nature of play - the GM often turns to the players to...Read full review »

Chaotic Goodness is exactly what its title suggests: a wonderful show filled with good good anarchy. The GM does a fantastic job of providing solid story hooks while allowing enough freedom for the players (and the random roll of the dice) to really take command of the story. It’s truly a type of...Read full review »

Love the sci-fi setting of this podcast and the entire cast brings it all together with a great mix of gameplay and haphazard planning. TL;DR: As someone not at all familiar with the Uncharted Worlds system, the storytelling is so good that you don't actually need to really understand the system. The GM leads their players through the story with ease, despite their disregard of rationale and good sense. The audio, at least...Read full review »

I love this show! I picked up at episode 6 (cuz im an audio snob and thats where it got great) and its hilarious! The GM has a rich, delicious voice and a great writer. The production value on this podcast is great! The sound effect and music really add to the production and give it a cool, radio play feel. THis podcast is *chef kiss*. There is literally nothing I dislike about this podcast. The first few episodes have alright audio quality but the player interaction, plot, and just about everything else by far makes up for it. Please listen to this podcast. I am very excited to see where it goes!

Early audio issues aside (It took me 3 minutes to realize it wasn't a deliberate robot effect), Chaotic Goodness has been a blast through the firsteveral episodes. A fun bunch of folks in an interesting setting and concept. An actual play podcast. They're playing in the Uncharted Worlds system (another Apocolype World hack), and seem to be having a ton of fun doing so. I love getting together with these guys and recording the show, and I love it again listening to what was kept, and being able to relive the moments I spent with my friends. Thank you everyone for your kind words, and helpful criticism.

This crew is highly amusing with crazed plans and and a healthy disregard for logic, you can’t help but laugh along with these guys. Good times, lots of laughs, and a compelling game system that keeps things engaging and interesting.
