Great podcast but.....
How about a show about the regular person who works in the restaurants ? They are the cog in the machine that keeps the people who are you typically interviewing going and they get no shine. Interview a dishwasher, or someone behind the scenes, they have a lot to say too. Podcasts are a chance to tell a story, and everyone has one. Give the little guys a voice, they are the ones who deserve the most credit, Because we wouldn’t have the luxury of restaurants without the people who clean the floors, bus the tables, prep your food, cook your food, stir your martini. It’s time to give real context as to how this industry functions to outsiders. You don’t need to glorify them, it’s doesn’t have to be 1 person for 1 episode, it could be a category. This week I’m interviewing several “xyz “ restaurant workers and they are gonna tell their story about how/why they do this for a living. People need to not only connect to their food but to the average laborer who does it for you. Great podcast otherwise.
