A delightful podcast
It was great to find a literary treasure among podcasts! The selection of books is superb, but the narrator is a beyond praise. I have to listen to a lot of audio material and it is often difficult, even frustrating because of the narrator. But B J Harrison conveys all the emotional subtleties of the story without overpowering it, overplaying it. He let’s you to immerse to into the story and concentrate on Story, not the narrator’s quirks. Thank you for the soulful experience!

More reviews of The Classic Tales Podcast
Great literature read in such an artificial, grating and forced accent I actually cringed. It's an American guy trying to sound English even when he's reading American literature. I'll re-subscribe when someone else starts reading or this guy stops posing.Read full review »
